immediate shipment by your selected option. It is very rare that we are out of
stock. Please ensure that you provide us with an address which UPS will deliver to. (No
mailing addresses or PO boxes)

cannot offer the shopping cart discount on called in orders.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is by UPS air or by 2nd Day air only. Please
